Preview of Dark Horse Comics’ Tomb Raider #1

The first issue of Dark Horse Comics new Tomb Raider comic series will be on sale as from 26th February 2014 but if you can’t wait until then to catch a glimpse of this much-anticipated title, fear not. Dark Horse has published a 6-page preview of Tomb Raider #1 to whet your appetite.

Written by acclaimed writer Gail Simone and featuring art by Nicolás Daniel Selma, Juan Gedeon, Dan Dos Santos and Michael Atiyeh, the comic will pick up where the 2013 game left off and will follow Lara as she takes her first steps towards becoming the intrepid and headstong adventuress we’ve come to love. You can pre-order your copy of Tomb Raider #1 now over at TFAW.Com.

    The art looks nice. Not sure I like what is actually going on in these pages… haha. I might just grab this when it releases in paperback down the line.

      It looks like a dream (or should that be nightmare?) scene to me. Lara’s time on Yamatai has probably left its mark on her so it’ll be interesting to see how she copes with the loss of her mentor and fellow crewmates.
