Tomb Raided - Issue 1

Long-time followers of this blog may recall “Unearthed”, an old weekly feature I used to run that featured news and views from across the Tomb Raider fan community as well as links to news articles on archaeological discoveries. Well, I’ve decided to revive that feature in the form of “Tomb Raided”, which will turn the spotlight on some of the articles and artistic creations of our passionate and talented fan community.

Since this is my first issue of Tomb Raided, I appreciate any feedback you can give me. Feel free to leave your comments below. 🙂

Katie’s Tomb Raider Site Celebrates its 15th Birthday

One of the longest-running TR fansites, Katie’s Tomb Raider Site, celebrated its 15th birthday last week. To help Katie celebrate this milestone, TR composer Nathan McCree gave her and fellow TR fans a very special gift: a previously-unreleased track he created back in the 90s.

Here’s to another 15 fabulous years, Katie! Thank you for all your amazing work this past decade and a half. 🙂

Hi Kelly, I’ve been following this blog for a while and I find it incredibly interesting. Since you’re doing this feature and are asking for possible submissions, I do Tomb Raider Let’s Plays, among other games, and I recently finished up a walkthrough of Tomb Raider 2 which showed off all the secrets and stuff, but also peppered the commentary with humorous “facts” about the locations Lara visits. Would this be something that could be shown off in a future update? I’m pretty proud of it, and I’d love it to get a little more exposure.

    Here’s a link:

I’d love it if you could consider it. Thanks!
